1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to mbiwallet — an online entertainment and betting platform designed specifically for Malaysian players. This Terms & Conditions document ("Terms") governs the relationship between you as a user and mbiwallet as the platform operator. By registering an account, logging in, or using any service provided by mbiwallet, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all provisions of these Terms.

Important Note: This Terms & Conditions document is written in Bahasa Melayu as the primary reference for Malaysian players. In the event of any conflict between another language version and the Bahasa Melayu version, the Bahasa Melayu version shall prevail.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and use the mbiwallet platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements without exception. Failure to meet any of these requirements may result in your account being suspended or terminated, and any account balance will be subject to review by mbiwallet.

  • Minimum Age: You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. MBIWallet reserves the right to request age verification at any time, and any account found to have been opened by an underage individual will be terminated immediately.
  • Nationality & Location: The mbiwallet platform is intended for users in Malaysia. It is solely the user's responsibility to ensure that using the platform does not contravene local laws in their country of access.
  • One Account Only: Each individual is only permitted to hold one active account at mbiwallet. Registering multiple accounts using different names, phone numbers, email addresses, or payment methods is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and the freezing of any balances.
  • Accurate Information: All information you provide during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Providing false or misleading information is a serious breach of these terms.
  • Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and must not be subject to any legal restrictions that prohibit the use of online betting platforms.

The mbiwallet registration process requires a valid Malaysian phone number for OTP verification, and you are responsible for ensuring that the phone number you register belongs to you. MBIWallet will use this number as the primary communication channel for account and security-related matters.

3. Account Security and Password

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your mbiwallet account login credentials, including your username and password. MBIWallet recommends using a strong password — a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols — and changing it periodically for optimal security.

All activity that occurs through your account is considered to have been authorised by you, unless you report unauthorised access to the mbiwallet support team immediately. If you suspect your account has been accessed by another party without your authorisation, contact us at support@mbiwallet.best or via Live Chat on the platform for immediate action.

MBIWallet will never request your account password via email, text message, or any channel outside the platform. If you receive any such request claiming to be from mbiwallet, it is a fraudulent attempt and you should report it to us immediately.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals and Financial Transactions

MBIWallet supports a variety of deposit methods that are popular and convenient for Malaysian players. All financial transactions on mbiwallet are processed securely using 256-bit SSL encryption, and we do not store your card or bank account details directly in our systems.

Accepted deposit methods at mbiwallet include: Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, DuitNow, and online banking via FPX including Maybank2u and CIMB Clicks. The minimum deposit for all methods is RM10, and mbiwallet does not charge any fees for deposits — though your e-wallet provider may impose their own limits or conditions.

The following rules apply to winnings withdrawals:

  • The minimum withdrawal amount is RM30 across all withdrawal methods.
  • Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit on that account, in compliance with anti-money laundering requirements.
  • Withdrawals to e-wallets (Touch 'n Go, GrabPay, DuitNow) are typically processed within 30 minutes to 2 hours.
  • Withdrawals to a bank account via FPX take 1 to 3 working days, depending on the receiving bank's policies.
  • MBIWallet reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) before processing withdrawals exceeding RM5,000.
  • Any withdrawal suspected to be linked to fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of terms will be held pending investigation.

Reminder: All deposits and withdrawals must be made using valid payment methods registered in your own name. MBIWallet does not accept third-party fund transfers and reserves the right to decline or hold any transaction that does not comply with this policy.

5. Betting and Gaming Rules

The mbiwallet platform offers a wide range of games and betting options, including Sports Betting on the Malaysia Super League and EPL football, BWF badminton, MPL Malaysia esports, IPL cricket and the T20 World Cup, Live Casino, slots, table games, and Virtual Sports. Each game category has its own specific rules displayed on the platform.

The general betting rules at mbiwallet are as follows:

  • All confirmed bets are final and cannot be cancelled or amended, except in specific circumstances such as match cancellations or technical failures officially recognised by mbiwallet.
  • MBIWallet reserves the right to void any bet placed on the basis of false information, incorrectly published odds due to a technical error, or any circumstances involving fraud.
  • In the event of a match or sporting event cancellation before the official result is announced, all bets placed on that match will be voided and the funds returned to your account balance.
  • For matches postponed by more than 48 hours from the original scheduled time, pre-match bets will be voided unless otherwise stated by mbiwallet.
  • Official results announced by the relevant sporting body will be used as the basis for settling all betting markets.
  • Minimum and maximum betting limits for each market are displayed on the platform and may vary depending on game type, market, and user account status.

For casino games including baccarat, blackjack, roulette, sic bo, and slots, game-specific rules are available within each game on the mbiwallet platform. The RTP (Return to Player) value for each slots game is displayed in the game information for full transparency.

6. Bonuses, Promotions & Loyalty Programme

MBIWallet offers a range of bonuses and promotions from time to time for both new and existing players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions, which will be stated alongside the relevant offer. The following general guidelines apply to all bonuses and promotions at mbiwallet:

  • Every bonus carries a wagering requirement that must be met before any winnings derived from that bonus can be withdrawn. This requirement will be clearly stated in the relevant promotional terms.
  • The welcome bonus is only available to new members who register and make their first deposit. One account, one device, one IP address, and one payment method are eligible for one welcome bonus only.
  • MBIWallet reserves the right to withdraw or modify any active bonus if there is evidence of misuse, fraud, or a breach of terms.
  • Bonuses are non-transferable between accounts and have no cash value unless all specified wagering requirements have been met.
  • Using systematic betting strategies solely to fulfil bonus wagering requirements without genuine intent to play (bonus abuse) is prohibited and may result in the cancellation of the bonus and any associated winnings.

7. Prohibited User Conduct

To ensure the mbiwallet platform remains a safe, fair, and enjoyable environment for all players, certain conduct is strictly prohibited. Violation of any of the following rules may result in account suspension or permanent closure:

  • The use of automation software, bots, or any computer program to play, navigate, or interact with the mbiwallet platform.
  • Exploiting technical errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities in the mbiwallet system to gain an unfair advantage. Any such exploit must be reported to the support team immediately.

9. MBIWallet Liability Limits

To the extent permitted by applicable law, mbiwallet is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from or in connection with the use of this platform, including but not limited to financial losses from betting, service disruptions, or technical issues beyond our control.

MBIWallet makes no guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption or error at all times. We will endeavour to maintain the highest possible uptime and notify users of any planned maintenance, but unexpected disruptions may occur and we cannot be held liable for any losses arising as a result.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

MBIWallet respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. How we collect, use, store, and safeguard your data is described in detail in our Privacy Policy. Your use of the mbiwallet platform is also subject to that Privacy Policy, which forms part of the overall agreement between you and mbiwallet.

11. Account Termination and Closure

You may request the closure of your mbiwallet account at any time by contacting our support team via Live Chat or email at support@mbiwallet.best. Prior to closure, any eligible balance in your account will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with the withdrawal policy set out in section 4 above.

MBIWallet also reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account for any of the following reasons: violation of these Terms & Conditions, suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering, a request from the relevant authorities, or at mbiwallet's absolute discretion if deemed necessary for the safety of the platform and other users.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the mbiwallet platform shall first be resolved through amicable negotiation between both parties. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, both parties agree to refer the matter to binding arbitration under mutually agreed terms. The arbitration decision shall be final and binding on both parties.
